Remember back in 2008 when TNB had that Xmas Buyer’s Guide? Also, do you remember the competition courtesy of the very cool cats over at The Gamesmen and Goldie Marketing that went along with it, giving you the chance to win some neato prizes from the Guide? Yes? Hooray!
Now fast forward to 2009. The sifting of almost 200 entries has been done, and 3 very lucky winners have been drawn. Was it you?
The person who won 1st prize was Charlie from Victoria. He sent in this entry, in answer to “Describe your dream Nintendo Christmas”:
Hilary Duff and I would be hosting a fabulous party where all of us would be playing ‘Mario Kart’. Our pet Yoshi is busy frolicking in the snow outside as we all laugh and sing merrily inside. Hilary will announce that her Gingerbread Men are ready, and we’ll eat them while the Jonas Brothers and Ashley Tisdale play us Christmas Carols on Wii Music.
Charlie’s prize choices included Wario Land: The Shake Dimension and the Mario Kart Super Race Set. Congratulations!
The 2nd prize winner was Amy from NSW. Her answer to the same question was:
Mario and Luigi in the kitchen cooking up a Christmas feast complete with pizza, pasta and mushrooms!
Out of the remaining prizes she chose Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia and the set of three limited edition Collector Tins from Super Mario Figurines – Series 1. Hoorah!

And because Lauren was the final winner, she did not get to choose her prizes, but should be very happy receiving Kirby Super Star Ultra and the entire Series 1 of the Super Mario Collectible Figurines.
