The Japanese got them, and the Americans will be getting them, but are we going to get them too? I’m talking about the 1,000 free Nintendo Points that gamers in those countries receive the first time they log into the DSiWare store with their shiny new DSi’s.
It has been confirmed by retail chain Target in the US, where the DSi will launch three days after us, that the points will be credited to your account in an attempt to promote and engage DSi owners’ usage of the DSiWare Store service. No word yet on whether Australians can expect the same, but keep those fingers crossed!
