Rhythm Heaven gets some more love on the Nintendo Channel this week, in the form of two TV spots featuring celebrity endorsements. The first commercial stars everyone’s favourite d-d-diva, Beyonce Knowles, who has previously raved about her love of video games in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
The second commercial features UK musician Jamie Lidell struggling to come to grips with one of the rhythmic challenges, of which Rhythm Heaven features over 50 in all.
Other Nintendo Channel updates include a trailer for the recent WiiWare release, Water Warfare, that seems to exist only to highlight the low quality of the textures used in the game. Rounding out Nintendo’s media updates this week is the well-timed release of the “Wimbledon Trailer” for Grand Slam Tennis, already available for the Wii.
