Nintendo have found themselves amid yet another legal battle over patent infringements—but this time, they’re not alone. Sony and Apple are also being targeted by Shared Memory Graphics LLC, a company that claims that all three companies infringed on patents relating to microprocessing technology.
The devices allegedly responsible for infringing on the patents are the Nintendo DS, as well as Sony’s PSP and PS2 and Apple’s iPhone/iPod Touch.
Similar lawsuits in the past have had a tendency to be unsuccesful.
