largeMega Man 10 for WiiWare has been revealed via the front cover of next month’s Nintendo Power magazine.

Just like Mega Man 9, this new Mega Man will remain true to the series’ roots by featuring 8-bit-style graphics, sound and gameplay.

This time round, there will be three playable characters, eight new robot masters and a story that involves Mega Man and his allies searching for the parts of a vaccine-making device needed to cure a robot virus that is causing robots to overheat and act wildly.

On top of all of this, Mega Man 10 will also feature a new easy mode for players who have struggled with the series’ difficulty in the past, and Sheep Man (one of the new robot masters).

The release date and price of Mega Man 10 is yet to be announced, but the game is expected to hit Australia’s WiiWare store early next year and cost about 1000 Nintendo Points.
