Rising Star has issued a press release to confirm No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle will be released in Australia and New Zealand at the end of April.

“Leading videogames publisher Rising Star Games today confirms that No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, exclusively for the Nintendo Wii, is on track to be released in Australia and New Zealand at the end of April 2010.”

It was also mentioned that No More Heroes 2 will play on the original game’s strengths by featuring more of the same.

“Smart storyline, refined combat (utilising two beam katanas) and characters, and red blood. Heaps of bright, red blood.”

Guess this means we can all start lining up outside our local videogame stores with our beam katanas.
