After months of waiting with the indefinite date of Q1 ‘10, the Australian release date for No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle has finally been revealed to be April 29. Though it is months after the American release date of January 26, Suda 51 fans around Australia will be comforted to know that they’ll be able to get their No More Heroes fix before the end of the month.

No More Heroes was a hack and slash game released in early 2008,  that apparently sold well enough to deserve a sequel. The sequel ups the ante in almost every way, including a smarter storyline, refined combat and lots and lots of blood (in contrast to the original, which was censored in the Australian version to show only enemies turning into piles of black ash). Oh yeah, and apparently Super Mario Galaxy 2 comes out some time in May, if you’re into that sort of thing.
