Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program announced

Nintendo announces that effective 12 August, the 3DS will be available for AU$249.95. Previously the system was AU $349.95.

Mario’s Picross and more now on the Nintendo eShop

Australians are now able to download Mario’s Picross on the Nintendo eShop.

This Mario-themed Picross title released on the Game Boy in 1995 featured Mario as an archaeologist.

Nintendo has recently sent out a press release revealing its video service for the 3DS will be launched in Europe on July 13.

3D game trailers now on Aussie eShop

A stack of 3D game trailers from E3 2011 are now available to Aussie 3DS owners.

If you head over to the Nintendo eShop, you’ll be able to download Mario, Kid Icarus and more in full 3D for free.

Club Nintendo Ocarina of Time 3D Soundtrack CD coming to Australia

Aussies who own a local copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and have a Club Nintendo account are being given the chance to get their hands on an exclusive OoT3D Soundtrack CD.

Permanent save in Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D

Capcom has made it impossible for owners of Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D to erase the game save data from their game card.

Activision has registered a list of domain names revolving around something called “GoldenEye Reloaded”.

A Twitter user known as Superannuation spotted four URL registrations logged by Activision last week and posted the links on his account.
